The / FAZ / online shop is a virtual subsidiary of Faux Fur SA, 7, Avenue Krieg, 1208 Geneva.
PRELIMINARY
All orders, deliveries, returns and services provided by our online shop are bound by / FAZ / online sales terms and conditions applicable on the date order is placed.
ORDERS
The client (hereafter referred to as « the customer ») must fill out the corresponding online form in order to purchase items in our online shop and submit it to Faux Fur SA.
The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation for each order.
Thank you for closely following the instructions found on our online shop. The customer must add the item by selecting the appropriate size to his/her « Cart » once the shipping fees, terms and conditions, a statement on data confidentiality and provisions for rights of withdrawal have been accepted the customer can select a payment method and click on « Send order ». Upon receiving a confirmation e-mail, the order is deemed valid.
Availability of the items
If your order is made of two items, we will try to group them in one parcel. If more we are obliged to deliver in two or more packages. However, it may happen that one or several of the items claimed available when your order is placed is/are finally unavailable. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the case of permanent unavailability of the items that you ordered, we would be obliged to proceed to the partial or even total cancellation of your order.
ONLINE SHOP REGISTRATION
The customer can create a profile to place orders or register each time an order is placed by entering the name, shipping address, etc. Only those who have completed full registration and provided accurate information will be able to make purchases on www.fauxfur.com. It is strictly prohibited to use this website as a professional or commercial platform, used in reselling the items to third-party buyers. Should this occur, the customer faces immediate exclusion and will legally be sued for compensatory damages by Faux Fur SA. Faux Fur SA reserves the right to limit order quantities per product and per customer.
The registration process is carried out particularly to record billing and shipping addresses. The information held by Faux Fur SA is protected through the regulations on data protection.
PRICES
All prices in our online shop include VAT. This is also applicable to our prices during sales and discounted items.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Prices are shown and charged in Euros (and Swiss Francs for Switzerland only).
Customers may purchase all items by credit card. Faux Fur SA accepts the following credit card providers:
1. Visa
2. MasterCard
3. American Express
4. Postcard (Switzerland)
Specific information related to the payment process is provided as you place your order.
The transaction will be requested from the credit institution only when the cardholder information has been verified, the payment withdrawal approved by the credit card provider, and the order confirmed by Faux Fur SA.
BANK TRANSFER / PAYPAL
/ FAZ / customers may pay via bank transfer and Paypal for pre-orders.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
All ordered items will belong to Faux Fur SA until they are paid in full. In case of default of payment and despite the fact that they have been delivered to the customer, Faux Fur SA can reclaim the return of the delivered products in their original condition. Faux Fur SA reserves the right to bring legal action for compensatory damages.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We’ll always do our best to dispatch your / FAZ / as quickly as possible so that you receive your delivery within 2-3 working days of placing your order with us.
If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days please contact us at sales@fauxfur.com.
A tracking number corresponding to the order will be sent to you by email. Deliveries within Switzerland will be sent through the local Post Office (PostPac Economy) and delivered within 2 working days.
Deliveries to EU will be carried out through UPS (Standard)and delivered within 2-3 working days. We share the costs with the client in this case and ask for a “participation in the cost of delivery.”.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any item that has not been worn can be returned within 15 days.
Returns: When shipping the products back to Faux Fur SA, please use the original packaging and return forms indicated in your order confirmation. The return address is stated on the enclosed return form. The filled in return form must be enclosed in the return parcel.
The customer must provide the original invoice to be permitted for return.
The terms for returns are applicable as of the customer’s reception of the product.
All returned items must be in their original condition and should not have any of the tags removed or been worn or washed. They must be shipped back in the original packaging in which case, Faux Fur SA is entitled to refuse to take them back and/or may claim for damages.
Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. All garments are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please note orders placed for sale items are final, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
RETURNS ON CREDIT CARDS
Orders paid for using by credit card can be directly credited back on the card. In such cases, the exchange rate may be different from the initial one, due to exchange fluctuations.
QUALITY
/ FAZ / online shop offers high-end quality products which all products pass a quality control before being shipped. Should the security tag be removed, items may no longer be returned.
If you are somehow not satisfied, or if the delivered goods do not match your order, please keep the items and all the documents in their original packaging and contact us by e-mail at sales@fauxfur.com
Please note that computer monitors can vary and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor will precisely portray the correct colour. However, this cannot be considered as a product imperfection.
DISCLAIMER

Conditions pertaining to the use of our website are subject to Swiss regulatory provisions and their meaning is to be determined in compliance with Swiss law.
LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
Swiss law is applicable to the above sales terms and conditions as well as to any related process or transaction. The place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of Faux Fur SA in Geneva Switzerland.
